Employer obligations
As well as ensuring you are paying the minimum wage or over, you have certain statutory obligations as an employer. Save time and ensure you don’t receive any penalties from Revenue for late or incorrect filing by contacting Small Business Payroll.
Contract of employment
It is your legal obligation to provide your employees with key terms of their employment in writing within 5 days of them commencing employment and to provide your staff with a suitable contract of employment within the first 60 days of them commencing employment with you. Running payroll
One common questions small business owners ask is how often will my employees be paid? When deciding this, consider the size of your company and whether your employees are salaried or paid hourly. Small Business Payroll can run your payroll a weekly/fortnightly/four-weekly/ monthly basis depending on what you'd prefer.
